All orders are carefully packaged and shipped with love. Please note that we do not accept returns since each item is handmade or made-to-order.

If your order is lost in transit, we happily offer replacement orders for a $3 fee.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please wait until the end of the day, as carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early. If it still hasn’t arrived, contact your local post office first before requesting a refund or replacement.
